Service Description

This 2hr appointment is required for first time visits. Follow up appointments can be scheduled at time of service, or booked directly as a "Continuing Care" session (see services page). Includes: Energy Balancing Modalities Pregnancy focused Bodywork Sound Healing This service is offered in reverence for the immense physical and physiological changes that the birthing body transitions through in the process of creating life. Pregnancy is a physical, emotional, and spiritual journey that can benefit greatly from bodywork and a compassionate loving witness. As a Doula and a Massage Therapist, I aim to offer nurturing and grounding touch and a safe space that supports well-being and relaxation during this potent rite of passage.
